Pearl River Resort, Philadelphia

I recently stayed at this resort and was really pleased with some aspects, especially the comfortable rooms and great food. However, the service left a lot to be desired, and my overall experience wasn't as enjoyable as I hoped. While the location is convenient, the dining experience didn't measure up to my expectations.

While the hotel offers a clean and comfortable room, my overall experience was marred by poor service and a lack of attention to hotel guests. The dining options were delightful, but the lengthy check-in process and inadequate amenities left much to be desired. For anyone considering a longer stay, I recommend adjusting expectations, as it seems tailored more for casino guests than hotel visitors.

My stay at the Golden Moon Hotel was enjoyable, marked by a nice luxury suite and a fun atmosphere at the casino. The staff were professional and the overall environment really added to the excitement. However, I did experience some mediocre service at times, particularly during late hours when I had difficulty getting drinks. The dining options were good, but I wished there were more variety available late at night.
